Finding
A message can arrive while the person does not notice the cue, recognise the sender, find the content again, trust the request or complete the required response.
How the mechanism works
Functional communication crosses delivery, notification, recognition, interpretation, trust, navigation, response and sometimes authentication. Technical delivery proves only one transition.
Evidence boundary
A missed communication does not by itself establish which transition failed. The pathway must be examined in context.
